We’re looking for a bold, action-oriented Product Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario on a hybrid basis (2x/week). MedEssist is developing the most complete business, clinical, and workflow platform for pharmacies. We pride ourselves in being first to market with new and exciting features such as Intelligent IVR, On-Demand Rx Deliveries, Pharmacy AI,  Google Integration, and much more!

MedEssist is a University of Toronto and Google Accelerator Start-Up where over half the team are healthcare professionals. MedEssist serves over 800 pharmacies across Canada and the US with a class-leading technology and AI platform. MedEssist was recognized in 2025 as one of the most ambitious companies in Canada by Betakit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Onboarding: Join the success team for 1-2 months to learn the platform and begin engaging with our pharmacies. 
• Take Ownership:  Test and scale new platform features as if they were your own company. Challenge yourself to develop new skills and make decisions. 
• Move Fast and Iterate – Collect feedback and collaborate with engineers to make improvements quickly.
• Manage User Growth – Show no fear in reaching out to new and existing pharmacies to conduct demos, onboarding, collect feedback, and provide support.

Who you are:

• You are a pharmacist with community, specialty, or LTC experience or a product manager with healthtech experience. 
• You can handle ambiguity and are excited to try new things.
• Ability to operate independently and drive projects from start to finish.
