We’re looking for a bold, action-oriented remote-first pharmacist to join our Access to Care team. MedEssist Access to Care is an interprofessional collaborative system redefining what pharmacists can do. You’ll be joining a startup within our startup, an ambitious team composed of an RN, MD, and other pharmacists determined to expand this program across Canada and the US. MedEssist is a University of Toronto and Google Accelerator Start-Up where over half the team are HCPs who have transitioned from community, industry, or hospital practice.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and drive growth – Design or review clinical tools and workflows as if they were your own company. Challenge yourself to learn and develop new skills.
• Move fast and iterate – Speed is your advantage; learn and adjust quickly. Expand the Access to Care program with new workflows each month. 
• Build relationships – Show no fear in reaching out to new and existing pharmacies to collect feedback and understand what tools and support they need.
• Use your experience –  Collaborate with prescribers on new inter-professional workflows and coordinate with external clinical reviewers to ensure the clinical content is up-to-date. 

Who you are:

• You are a pharmacist with some community experience looking for a dynamic and rewarding environment to make a significant impact on healthcare access.
