Now that you’ve claimed your business on Google, let’s learn how to get more reviews…
Here’s the how-to:
First, go to your Google My Business account, click the Home tab, and find the “Get your first review” (a.k.a. “Get more reviews”) card.
Click “Share review form” and copy the link to your clipboard.
Copy the link.
Consider using a link shortener (e.g. bitly.com) to shorten and customize your review link.
If you have a web developer, make sure to pass along the link you just generated and place an easy-to-find clickable button on your website so patients can go straight to your review page!
After your patient received their flu shot, or had a pleasant experience at your pharmacy, ask your patients to leave a review on your Google business page! Most people love to support small businesses, and if you ask nicely, they’re often happy to leave you a positive review.

After a great interaction, ask your patients if you can send them a one-time text/email with the link to your Google Review page! To do this, go to your MedEssist dashboard, click the Yellow Arrow at the top right corner and proceed to send you text.
